The CCSC AGM was held on Sunday, April 7, at 2pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church.  AGM packages are still available, upon request, from the office.  Please call 519-822-8778 to request a copy.

Thanks to the organization of Steve Kilby and a crew of 42 volunteers, the Seventh Annual CCSC Garage Sale made a net profit of $2713.73.  Thank you to all Volunteers who helped during the week long set-up and during the day of the sale!

On March 1, 2012, Chalmers Community Services Centre took over the CORE Diaper Program from St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.  Donations from St. Andrew's allow CCSC to offer diapers at all 3 food pantries and in the office, by appointment.  This allows for one stop shopping.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on April 1, 2012 at Kortright Presbyterian Church, 55 Devere Dr. (west on College Ave, second turn left/south past the Hanlon).

The doors will be open at 1:45pm for mingling, refreshments and for completing the membership requirements.  If you are able to offer a ride to the meeting or need a ride, please leave a message at the CCSC office, 519-822-8778.
